Commercial glue down vinyl perfectly works for the high traffic areas (for all types commercial buildings). Commercial glue down vinyl doesn't need specific cleaning supplies and is extremely low maintenance cost.

What types of flooring do you install?

We specialize in hardwood, tile, LVP (luxury vinyl plank) and laminate flooring installation.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our installation work.

How can I request a quote for flooring installation?
You can request a quote by contacting us through our website or by giving us a call.

Why we need floor prep?

Floor prep includes grinding or leveling. We use grinding as a special treatment, we use special diamond blades to lowered highest spot on a surface. We also use self leveling compound to fill lower spots and bring the floor to the same level. Standard for floor prep 1/8 inch on the 10 foot. Floor prep it's a 80% of successful project.

Why we need moisture or vapor barrier for the vinyl or laminate installation ?

By the contractor standards laminate or vinyl installation requires 6 ml plastic or 2 part epoxy. Because Florida have high moisture level.

Why I need vapor or moisture barrier if material have underlayment and it’s says 100% water proof?

Underlayment on the material works like sound insulation. This water proofing protection works only on top but not on the bottom of material. If you will read instructions of the box vinyl or laminate,it will tell you that you not allowed to wash floor with a water, because it's could damage locking system on the material.
